Updated Application form

As we are getting little by little more members. I noticed we forgot a few things to ask from players.
I now updated the application form wich players need to fill in in order to apply correctly.
There are 2 extra questions:
If a player is willing to pay a clanfee (in adena offcourse).
And how many hours a day player think they will be online.

With the extra information we gather I hope we can better judge new application before we invite them.
